Establishment: SS PRECAST is founded as a small, family-owned precast concrete manufacturer, specializing primarily in standard utility elements like boundary walls and simple beams. Initial operations are local to the Jhansi region.
2012: First Major Project
Milestone: Secured first large-scale contract to supply precast elements for a local housing development, demonstrating the advantages of off-site manufacturing in the region. This project marked the company's move into larger structural components.
2014: Entry into Logistics
Expansion: Recognizing the need for reliable transport of large components, the company acquires its first fleet of heavy-duty trailers and a 50-ton mobile crane, integrating logistics into its core service offering.
2016: Specialized Fleet Acquisition and Erection of PEB and Precast
Growth: Expanded the logistics division with the addition of high-capacity cranes (up to 100 tons), allowing the company to bid on more complex infrastructure projects, such as bridge components and commercial building frames erection.
2018: Launch of Pre-engineered Buildings (PEB)
Diversification: SS PROJRCTS diversified its offerings by launching a dedicated division for Pre-engineered Buildings (PEB), providing clients with a wider range of fast, efficient, and customizable construction solutions at Greater Noida.
2020: Digital Integration
Innovation: Adopted Building Information Modeling (BIM) and computer-aided design (CAD/CAM) systems to streamline design and production, significantly improving precision, reducing waste, and enabling paperless production methods. This modernized the factory operations.
2022: State-of-the-Art Facility
Infrastructure: Commissioned a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility equipped with automated production lines and a pallet carousel system, increasing production capacity and efficiency to meet growing market demand.
2024: Launch of Precast & Sustainability Focus
Recognition: Established SS PRECAST as a key player in the Local market, known for reliability and innovative solutions. The company also launched a major sustainability initiative aimed at using recycled materials where possible and reducing overall energy consumption.
